About Arctic Fox Brewing
Arctic Fox Brewing is a new, proudly independent Australian micro brewery, located in Dandenong, East of Melbourne. We have designed and built our own brewery, which was a big challenge. Our first batch of beer went into the fermenter at the start of November 2008 and was in the first bottle shops in December. At Arctic Fox, we use a traditional brewing method to produce our beers. Brewing small batches allows us to closely monitor each and every brew to ensure that you get great tasting beer. We use Australian ingredients as much as possible in our beers.
