What exactly is included with each shipment?
Every shipment contains 6 different selections, 2 each (12 total) of bottled micro beer, our monthly newsletter and tasting notes.
What is the total cost?
Our minimum membership length is 3 months, the total cost being $149.85, which is $49.95 per month; this cost includes GST but excludes postage and handling. For memberships ranging from 3, 6, 9 and 12 months, just multiply $49.95 by the length of the membership; Plus postage and handling.
Is there a minimum length to sign up for?
Yes. The monthly minimum is our 3 month membership.
When will the first package ship?
Generally, orders placed before the 20th of any particular month will be shipped out on or near the 25th of that month. Orders placed after the 20th will be shipped on or near the 25th of the following month. Exceptions can be made depending on availability.
When will the personalized gift card be sent out?
Unless specified otherwise, the gift card will go out with the order.
How do I add special instructions ("specify otherwise")?
During the ordering process you will be prompted before purchase to indicate any specific delivery instructions you may have.
Does someone have to be present to receive the box?
YES! Adult signature is required at time of monthly delivery as our packages are sent out via the Australian Post E-PARCEL system. If a signature is not received on the day of delivery the package can be collected from your local Post Office
Our shipment is in a plain brown box, with the MICRO BEER CLUB logo and fragile warnings, it does not disclose the contents. This is a perishable item not insured by our carriers. In the event of very cold temperatures we might have to delay shipment.
Can you ship to my state, if not, why, and are there other clubs that will?
Currently we are unable to ship to all States and Territories.
If I order, can I have it shipped somewhere else?
Yes. However some additional Postage and Handling may be applicable.
