The Ice Cap Lager pours a deep golden amber/orange colour and develops a clean white head. Because it is bottle conditioned, yeast sediment can make it appear cloudy when poured into a glass.

The floral and citrus aromas are quite pronounced in addition to a subtle sweetness. The Ice Cap has a strong malty flavour compared to other Australian lagers, with stonefruit flavours that come from Summer Saaz hops added at the end brewing process. A light lingering sweetness leaves you wanting another.
