This beer style hails from perhaps the world best known beer region, Bavaria. Bridge Road’s Brewer, Ben Kraus, traced his roots back to the land of beer and has researched this style in its home land, Germany.

This beer pours a wonderful hazy orange, with a strange bright white head. The nose instantly gives a way the beer style, fruity, clove like, with a hint of banana.

On the pallet this beers is milder than its Belgium counterparts, smooth vanilla. preserved stone fruits, bubblegum and bananas are just a few of the subtle flavours of this delicate ale.

A great beer for all palates making it one to share, as a starter, or accompaniments to light dishes.
