This is the third release of this seasonal Squires beer with each batch having been made with a different hop combination. Poured into a snifter style glass the colour is a copper red with a good sticky foam and lacework that is very persistent. The aroma is lighter than the last release but still shows plenty of floral hops with strong traces of passionfruit.In the mouth it shows a medium body with a resiny hop feel that coats the mouth with further passionfruit and toffee malt flavours that linger long after the beer is gone. Almost feels to be the little brother of the 10/20 ale. Might be a beer to pair with Leicester style cheese.
