This is our version of an American Pale Ale using an imported American ale yeast, hops and Australian & English malts. Hops and malt flavour are plentiful in our Wicked Elf Pale Ale, which is ‘bigger’ than most. Colour and appearance: Rich copper/gold in colour with good clarity and a creamy beige head. Aroma: Fresh floral/citrus aromas from Oregon USA grown Cascade hops, balances a judicious use of crystal malts. Flavour: A seductive combination of citrus hop flavour, with a generous malty character (toffee & burnt notes), balanced towards hop flavour and bitterness as the style dictates.

Overall, a hoppy, flavoursome and refreshing pale ale.
